Please come along on Friday or Saturday to join in the survey – you will be helping to detect all kinds of archaeological features beneath some of the fields in the village. Since the survey equipment is quite sensitive please avoid wearing too much metal! (No large buckles or bling…or steel capped boots…) Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. The survey starts each day at 10 a.m. Parking in the church car park or on the verge near the church.
